Shipping:

Please note we currently ship within Canada. We ship via Canada Post’s regular letter mail. Orders under $30 ship for $5 and those over $30 ship for free with code OVER30 at checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours handling time before your order is shipped, plus the shipping time as estimated by Canada Post for a regular letter mail to your postal code. Please note that shipping can also be delayed by one to four days due to our printing schedule. We will send you an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number. Please see canadapost.ca for average shipping times to your postal code. If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as backorder, all items will ship together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting info@steadiicreative.com. If you live outside of Canada and you are interested in purchasing a print or card please contact us directly.

Please note that each painting is unique and the original size of each painting may require some minor cropping to fit the 4x6 or 11x14 sizing of our finished products. For Art Prints, the original size of the painting will dictate the width of the white border. Therefore, widths of white borders are not uniform across all pieces.

The Steadii Ink Shop Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, any regular priced merchandise in its original condition can be returned within 30-days of the order date, for exchange or store credit only (no refunds). We require that you provide your proof of purchase when returning an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however, Steadii Creative Inc will cover the shipping on the new order.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
